ENGINEERING
Technical engineering
An entire system for production plants places high demands on technical engineering. We create schemas and cycle time calculations to achieve custom requirements. Process and electrical engineering, conveyor technology, channels and media supply are derived from this data and presented by us in a collision-free 3D layout. The development of such kind of systems, the final handover, including the series production with the required capacity and quality requirements are our passion.
Brownfield
Due to new production processes, capacity expansions or modernization of old plants, it is necessary to replace existing plant areas with the latest technical facilities. This requires an exact recording of the situation on site (3D scan), precise planning and a 100% collision check during the engineering phase. An exact schedule is the prerequisite for meeting shutdown deadlines in order to guarantee a restart of serial production without any troubles. Our extensive technical experience leads to your success.

The classic structure of new production plants as “turnkey” plants with building coordination or the integration of your new plant in a new hall including coordination with your building supplier are our main task.
